We begin processing orders immediately upon receipt. Cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed — please contact us as at hello@rockcandytoys.com soon as possible and we'll do our best to stop the shipment if it hasn't left our warehouse.

Returns

All sales are final once an order has shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances after the order has left our warehouse. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
 
All returns for defective products must be handled through the manufacturer. If you cannot find the manufacturer's contact information on the product packaging, contact us as at hello@rockcandytoys.com and we can find that information for you.
